These terms govern your use of this website. They are not the terms on which we supply services — those are set out in the signed agreement between Asanga and the relevant client, which prevails over anything on this page.

1. The site

This website is published by Asanga Origin Private Limited, a company incorporated in India with its registered office in Bengaluru, Karnataka. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. Nature of the content

Everything on this site is provided for general information about Asanga and its work. It is not an offer, a warranty, a technical specification, or professional advice, and it should not be relied on as the basis of any decision without speaking to us directly.

Statements about our roadmap, future capability and intended direction are forward-looking. They reflect present intention, not commitment, and the position may change. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer of securities, an invitation to invest, or a solicitation of any kind in any jurisdiction.

3. Intellectual property

The Asanga name, the Asanga mark, this site's design, text, code and visual assets are owned by Asanga Origin Private Limited or licensed to it. Our product names — including Mimic, Move, Store and Restore — together with our software, models and original content are our intellectual property.

You may view the site and take a reasonable copy for your own reference. You may not reproduce, republish, adapt, scrape, mine or otherwise exploit the site or its contents commercially without our written permission.

Automated collection. Systematic scraping of this site, including for the purpose of training machine learning models, is not permitted without our written consent.

4. Third-party references

Client names, project references and third-party trademarks appearing on this site remain the property of their owners and are used to describe work performed. Their appearance does not imply endorsement.

5. Links

We are not responsible for the content or practices of any external site we link to. You may link to our home page provided you do so fairly and without suggesting an association or endorsement that does not exist.

6. Availability

We provide the site on an "as available" basis. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice, and we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any indirect or consequential loss, and for any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data, arising from use of this site. 8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction, save that we may bring proceedings to protect our intellectual property in any competent court.
